Payment Terms and Conditions

On receipt of our quotation; customers are expected to make payment as per payment terms in our account before we release product for shipment. For more details on payment visit payment terms section.

For all tailor made product requirement; we take 50% advance payment only after that we release product requirement sheet to dispatch team or manufacturing team for necessary actions.

In all cases, payments must first clear before products are shipped.

We do not accept currently credit cards or any other form of card payment.

Form of payment -

1. a. Deposit Check / Cash in our Wells Fargo Bank Account

If you find Wells Fargo Bank in near vicinity (branch locator: https://www.wellsfargo.com/locator/); simply go to the bank and deposit the Cheque / Cash of advance amount in to our account. You will need our account details which are given as below:

( + ) Can I cancel or modify my order?

It would not be possible to cancel the orders which are shipped from the local (USA) fulfillment centres / warehouses.

Orders being fulfilled from India Showroom – once the advance payment is made orders can not be cancelled or modified as we immediately instruct our manufacturing team to do the needful.

Orders being fulfilled as customization or production requests – cancellation will attract deduction as determined by us; for more details please write to us on info@kapasi.com

( + ) Pricing errors and cancellation of orders
RR Global Enterprise LLC reserves the right to cancel a order any time before it has been shipped and the payment is made if one or more of the following conditions applies:

1. Pricing errors: because RR Global Enterprise LLC offers a large array of items, a product may on occasion be listed with the incorrect price. If a product is purchased at price that is lower than the actual (correct) price, we will, at our sole discretion, contact you for instructions prior to shipping the order or notify you of the outright cancellation of the order. In the event that the correct price should be lower than the price paid, we will adjust your charge and give you the lower price.

2. Misuse or abuse of a gift certificate or promotion code, including any action prohibited by or in violation of the terms and conditions of that particular code. If you are unsure of the terms and conditions of a certain code, please contact us at info@kapasi.com prior to placing an order.

( + ) Do you charge sales tax?

Yes 7% for NJ customers, rest of the states we do not charge Sales Tax.

Sale Tax is liability of customers as per the federal law.
